To give you an idea of how Hatsurei Ho works, let’s first look at the term “microcosmic orbit”.  It is a translation of the Taoist term for a full orbiting of energy through the body. In Japan, it is called “shoshuten,” which means a “circling of Light.”  In Hatsurei Ho one does this  “circling of Light” in the third phase of Hatsurei Ho which is called “Seishin Toitsu”.  It begins with your hands in prayer position (Gassho), allowing reiki energy to flow in through your hands up your arms and then drop down into your hara, just below the sacral chakra, all of this is done on an inhale.

 

Then on an exhale, while focusing your concentration on the hara (lower abs),  use your mind to circulate the energy downward into your root chakra, around the perineum and back up the spine, over the cerebrum, around the head, through the third eye and back down the central meridian, through the throat chakra and heart chakra. Allow the energy to flow down and out the arms and hands, back out into your biofield, and the space around you (akasha or mind).  It takes a few times to get the breath to sink with the visualization of the movement of the energy through the body. Yet, it’s simpler than you think once you practice it a few times and get the feel for it, which will be easy to do with my guided instruction and handouts. Plus, you will have the added bonus of receiving the recorded sessions in your email which you can download and practice as much as you like.

This meditation provides for you a way to gather and channel all the stray energies (negative feelings) in the body, and raise them up and out, purifying your mind, body and spirit. Through activating the microcosmic orbit with Reiki in Hatsurei Ho, through healing energy, the reservoirs of the Governing Vessel and Conception meridians are refilled, which means this energy is available to all other meridians and organs. This meditation creates health and long life, while at the same time providing a deep spiritual cleansing of your three bodies (physical, astral, causal).
