This session can be done in person in my studio or distance, from the comfort of your home. It includes an in depth, three to four (or more if needed) page follow-up email describing the meanings of your animal totem messages and what specifically came up in the reading of your chakras. It includes the de-cording of any negative energy attachments that I find are draining your energy centers, through the application of Shamanic Reiki. I will be opening any blocked or congested chakras as well. There are two phases I work in during this process. Phase one is the Animal Spirit Totem Reading, Reiki and Chakra work that I do the day of your appointment. Phase 2 is the follow up report which will provide insights, messages from your Animal Totems. At time messages from your personal Spirit Guides, Angels or deceased loved ones may come through as well.

The follow-up email report of your reading can take me several hours to write, depending on what has shown up in any of the given energy centers, and will be emailed to you 48 hours after your session. I will either call you or video chat with you via Zoom (your preference) prior to your session to set the intention. Then we will hang up and I will begin the Shamanic Reiki energy work and the reading distantly. It is important that you lay on a couch or relax comfortably while I am doing the energy work. I will then call or Zoom you at the end of the session to discuss briefly and see how you are feeling. The session is 90 minutes in length, depending upon what comes up during the reading.
