What's In Your Biofield?

This following introduction is taken from a book I am currently writing on meditation.

Introduction

"On this path, effort never goes to waste, and there is no failure. Even a little effort toward spiritual awareness will protect you from the greatest fear." (2:40)

-THE BHAGAVAD GITA

This timeless quote from The Bhagavad Gita awakened within me eternal knowledge. It confirms that even the shortest meditation, with its connection to the true self is a permanent step forward. Any time spent in meditation is never fruitless. The battle described within this sacred text is the battle within. The battlefield is your biofield. If you look at the history of humankind, anyones biofield can contain within it samskaras or the charges carrying the currency of the imprints of war or the imprints of victimization. Freedom is detachment or non-attachment to either. This is done with equanimity. Lacking attachment does not mean that you lack empathy. Yet without the electrical charge igniting you, you become a greater help to all, now fully liberated from the pull of your own suffering, having neutralized it with meditation.
